Return & Cancellation Policy

At Pink Ribbons USA, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. We want you to feel confident about every purchase you make — and we’re here to make returns and cancellations as smooth and thoughtful as possible.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless your item is faulty or we made an error).
Can I Return My Order?
Yes. You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact

The product is in its original condition and shows only normal handling

Hygiene-related items must be clean and unused

Any faulty or defective items must be reported immediately upon delivery

Items damaged through misuse or improper care cannot be returned
If your return meets these criteria, we will process it within 7 business days after receiving it. Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation and details about your refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Intimate & Hygiene-Sensitive Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, lingerie, or other intimate apparel once the original packaging has been opened.
Please double-check your size, color, and style before opening your order.
If your item arrives damaged or if we made an error, please contact us immediately and we will gladly assist you.

Once our team reviews your request, we’ll send you tailored instructions for returning your item.
⚠️ Please do not send items back to the return address on the package unless specifically instructed by us — some returns must be processed at our international facilities.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, contact us by email with a clear cancellation request. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and returned goods.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless you selected our standard shipping option or if the return is due to our error.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please wait for delivery and then start a return.

Be sure to email us your return tracking number once you’ve shipped your item back — this helps speed up processing.
